libdispatch-class-perl software package provides dispatch on the type (class) of an argument, you can install in your Ubuntu 16.04 LTS (Xenial Xerus) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libdispatch-class-perl
libdispatch-class-perl is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libdispatch-class-perl package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libdispatch-class-perl *
You will get with libdispatch-class-perl package name, version, architecture and description in a table
